Some early exploratory language about my patent filings referenced “trillions” in potential value. That was speculative modeling of possible future global markets — not a present valuation.
The realistic current market value of my 25 newly filed patents is in the $50 million to $300 million range, based on how unproven, pre-grant intellectual property is valued today.
The trillions are only a long-term upside scenario if the patents are issued, proven, and commercialized.
My focus remains on the realistic present-day value and ensuring that Oregon secures sovereign ownership in technologies that could shape the future.
Transparency matters. That is why I am correcting the record now — so there is no misunderstanding about my position, my work, or my commitment to Oregon.
